At first, I'm having a hard time to lock/close the strap but after a few days luckily it was very easy na!

I gave this to my mom as a random gift, and she loves it! It looks elegant and the cost will not burn a hole in your wallet. ❤

I hate wearing metal strap watches because many designs look bulky and feel heavy for me. But this Valentino model is thin and light. A lovely and classy piece for an affordable price.

i had trouble getting it at first, because of a mistake in my payment method. I contacted Watch Portal through their Messenger because these days, surely that is the quickest way to reach anyone, and they indicated that we connect them through there. No helpful reply from them other than their automated message. Until eventually the watch i wanted ran out of stock. the "edit" option from the conformation page doesn't work at all, any time of day it wouldn't let me edit my order. I emailed the problem, and at least it was solved though I had to reorder everything and one of my orders wasn't available anymore. But i appreciated the call and help with my orders even after a few weeks already.

I do suggest they be more responsive through messenger, and those options they have in the confirmation page: either get it working or take it out all together. Only "reorder" works.

Delivered the next day upon checkout. Superb love it! What you see is what you get!
